Activities Undertaken at KPE

KPE production units consist of semi-automatic machines and CNC machining centres which are capable of undertaking numerous manufacturing operations like boring, milling, shaping, drilling, tapping, grinding etc. The machine shops are operated by highly trained professionals, with years of experience. All machining job is carried out in-house, along with the required quality assurance tests, complying with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Fabrication: Monthly 100 - 120 ton, unit capacity 25 tons
• Forging: Capacity 150 ton press, monthly production capacity 50 tons.
• Machines: CNC, HMC and VMC, VTL ,Boring machine, Radial Drill, CNC horizontal turning centre Lathes, universal & vertical milling machines, planning machines, lathes, capstan shaper machines, slotting machines, plano-grinding machines, MOXY acetyline, profile cutter, welding rectifier, MIG & TIG and portable welding machines, plate bending machines, shearing machines, CMM machines for precision measurement etc.
