GREEN SAND PLANT

• 5 MT/hour green sand preparation facilities by “Rhino” make intensive sand mixer.
• 5 MT/hour sand return system with efficient equipment like Mould Knockout, Magnetic separator, Sand screen, Bucket elevator, Magnetic head pully also well return sand storage system.
• Dust and small particle collector system in all respective zones.
• One pair simultaneous Jolt Squeeze machine with box size 600x650x150/200 mm. Semi auto box / Mould handling system with sufficient cooling zones.

NO- BAKE SYSTEM (Alpha set)

• 12 MT/hour , “JK” make continuous sand mixing facilities with an automatic feeding of Sand, Resin and Catalyst.
• 12 MT/hour , 2000x2000 Mould knockout system.
• 100 MT capacity sand silo for new and Reclaimed sand separately.
• Dust and small particle collector in every respective zone.
• Box size used from 600x650x150/200 mm to 2000x2000x600/600 mm for different size of castings.

Melting Process

PCMPL is equipped with “Inductotherm” make dual track medium frequency induction furnace. Crucible capacity 1 MT with efficient dust collecting system.

For Making Ductile Iron (Treatment): Tundish cover ladle Method is used. For Pouring: EOT crane is used.

HEAT- TREATMENT Facility

Electrically heated Bogie type heat treatment furnace equipped with Temperature Sensor, Controller and Temperature Recorder.

PCMPL has a adequate sized Quenching Tank with liquid agitation and temperature controlling system.

SHOT BLASTING

Double door, table type shot blasting machine with dust collector system.

FETTLING SHOP

The fettling shop has the capacity to handle the casting weight up to 500kg (of a single piece).
Fettling shop is equipped with:

• Pencil grinding machine
• Pneumatic chisel
• Chipping machine
• Swing grinding machine
• Bench grinding machine
• EOT Crane for casting handling.

PATTERN REPAIRING SHOP

Pattern repairing shop is equipped with:

• Drilling machine

alongside other necessary equipment.
